The witness 'Mary' tells her own account of the unusual events of that fateful autumn evening.

This account was penned by the witness in an attempt to correct the press and magazine accounts which, to date, had shown many errors and inconsistencies.

One of the many magazine accounts of this incident which appeared in the months that followed. Released to the press by SPI following the only interview that any of the witnesses granted to SPI.

UFO Magazine (UK)     (Jan/Feb 1997 Issue)

Tony Dodds (Quest International - Head of Investigations) article is the first version to appear in the press.

On the spot investigation was carried out by Brian Rooney on behalf of Tony Dodds in the days immediately following the event. Photographs were taken by Mr Rooney and some of them appeared as illustrations in the article. He also obtained soil samples from the landing area, however no analysis has ever been released into the public domain. Tony dodds only carried out telephone interviews with the witnesses and never met them face to face.
